Immigration Solutions of America (ISA) is a recruiting company specializing in finding foreign national workers to fill unskilled (entry level) labor positions for U.S. businesses experiencing chronic labor shortages. We work with companies who are looking to fill these positions and are willing to sponsor foreign nationals through the EB-3 visa process.

Our services include working with businesses to qualify to sponsor candidates through the PERM with the Department of Labor. We then source qualified Foreign Nationals interested in working in the US with the ultimate goal of EB-3 Visa leading to a permanent residency Green Card. We also assist non-immigrant visa holders adjust their visa status in the U.S. from an eligible non-immigrant visa to an EB-3 Visa.

After a 30 year career as a senior executive of Fortune 500 companies Bill transitioned and started a national executive recruiting company. Seeing companies struggling to fill and retain entry level positions at a reasonable wage, Bill further transitioned and refocused on these critical needs to keep the US growing.

The result was the creation of Immigration Solutions of America providing English speaking foreign nationals with an EB3 Visa across America.
